Our SSL certificate is shared by all our proxy sites, so you may get warnings such as "This is probably not the site you are looking for!", "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" or "The site's security certificate is not trusted", you can just ignore them, proceed anyway and continue your browsing. If you access BreakFence through SSL, the URL will be encrypted along with the page content and therefor cannot be seen in transport. BreakFence uses an unique technology to encode URL and makes it can't be decrypted by others, also protects your privacy in your computer browse history. Clear URL are also supported for browser compatibility and user convenience. Encoded URL's are still supported as an option that subscribers can choose on the URL entry form.
If you didn't use SSL to access BreakFence, you will have a fast access speed, but the pages that you visited may be sniffed and decoded by others.

Due to the nature of our service, streaming video and audio may not compatible with BreakFence, depends how the media is streamed and the file size of the media. But you can download files through the BreakFence service to your PC for offline play. BreakFence now support those widely video sites, but does not support Hulu.com or other services which utilize the RTMP protocol. If you are using firefox, you can use DownloadHelper to download those videos in Youtube and other sites that we supported.
